Chilling

Okay to start, for all of those who had to endure my living room when it was freezing (sorry Dad, miss you) cold, this one is for you.

One of the other symptoms was body temperature.  My feet were always cold but in general I had to keep the air conditioning running to be comfortable.  As time passed and I fell more out of shape physically I also noticed that I sweated with the slightest effort or rise in the mercury.

One of the benefits of working out again has been I don’t need the thermostat set in the 60’s.  Still a little out of shape the sweating issue still exists but much less severe.
