Quick Note

No more messing around, conditioning over.  I have stepped up the strength training (less running, sorry I prefer lifting) and other than a shaky leg my workouts are a full 90 minutes with a little still left in the tank and I am already looking at 100lbs to the Bowflex.

Bowflex doesn’t appear that they engineered for deadlifts as after adding the extra 100lb upgrade the back legs are being pulled in… oh well.
