Okay, I use that term loosely. I have added a fartlek type routine to my workouts. This consists of walking, then jogging a little, walking, jogging a little less, walking, jogging even less, walking and then sprinting…. Man I have to look like a dork. The problem with the running is with my leg I just can’t get that tap tap rhythm and focusing on my stride keeps me from breathing right, arm swing yada yada yada. It is enough to clear the head, say hello to a few people, pet a few dogs. Yeah I said I wasn’t ready to run but I just get too bored walking.
